Policy on Cancellation-
You can cancel your order or a part of your order online as long as you do so before it has been processed. If it has already been dispatched, you can wait for it to arrive and then refuse the delivery. Please note, you can also cancel products you’ve bought during a sale.
Once you’ve cancelled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet within 14 working days after we’ve finished processing the cancellation.
How long does the refund process take?
The refund process can take up to 14 working days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds we will refund the amount to the same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a refund to the payment mode shared by you while raising a return request.
Policy on returns-
We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.
We do not accept return of any furniture item/s that has been delivered.
Please return your crockeries/utensils/ household products in their original packaging. Double-check that you’ve included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.
Time Frame:
You can return/replace an Item within 7-14 (Seven-Fourteen) days depending upon the product category of the item being delivered to you. Return requests are not accepted after 7-14 (seven- Fourteen) days, depending upon the product category from the date of delivery.
Return of a product that was part of a BUY ONE GET ONE offer or a bundle promo:
If you want to return part of such an order, call Customer Service or return the product to store. Please note, you will only be able to place an online return request if you’re returning the entire order. Once we receive all the products, we will issue your refund to your Credit Card, bank account, or wallet/ UPI account as the case may be.
If you have paid by cash, here’s how your refund works:
– If you return your order by calling Customer Support, you can ask for a bank transfer, a refund to My Credit in your account (if you’re a registered user) or a Credit Note (if you’re a guest user).
– If you return to a store, you can request a Credit Note or a refund to My Credit in your account.
– If you place an online return request, you’ll receive a refund to My Credit in your account (if you’re a registered user) or a Credit Note (if you’re a guest user).
What Is Eligible for Return:
Defective – If the item delivered to you is defective then it is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening, etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.
Difference – If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape, or colour) from the item image on our website.
Not Functional – If the product delivered to you is dead on arrival, this could occur in items with batteries or requiring electrical sources like clocks, lights or bulbs). Please note that only replacements shall be offered.
Broken Items
Should an item be received broken, please email us on .com, within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name and a picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our cost.
